Automated ELISA system

The Immune4500 automatic enzyme immunoassay workstation self-developed and manufactured by PRCXI can be widely used in hospitals, CDC, Food and Drug Administration, third-party medical testing, and biologics companies, etc

It combines a variety of enzyme immunoassay experimental process, e.g. sample loading, dilution, oscillation, incubation, plate washing, reading and result determination. It can be integrated with thermostatic oscillation module, enzyme labeling instrument, plate washer, HEPA filtration and UV disinfection to create an automated system from sample loading till result analysis without manual intervention, which finally free up users' hands.

    Includes 2 independently operable robotic arms: Robotic Arm I carries a flexible 8-channel to dispense samples and reagents, and Robotic Arm II carries a 360° full-angle rotating mechanical gripper to transfer microplates.
