I. Strategic Cooperation with Hainan University

On October 14, 2023, PRCXI signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sanya Haiguji Biotechnology Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and application of pre-processing in molecular breeding sequencing. Together, they developed the HSmaster automatic library preparation system, equipped with the Hyper-seq technology developed by Hainan University, achieving low-cost, efficient, flexible, and high-throughput DNA sequencing library preparation and genotyping.

This innovative product not only simplifies the library preparation process but also significantly enhances research efficiency, bringing revolutionary changes to the field of molecular breeding.

II. Strategic Cooperation with Nanjing Agricultural University

On December 7, 2023, PRCXI held a donation signing ceremony for the "Frontier Cross-Innovation Incubation Fund" with Nanjing Agricultural University, jointly laying out the agricultural sector and establishing the "School-Enterprise Intelligent Innovation Joint Laboratory for Plant Phenomics," which incubates cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements and cultivates interdisciplinary talents for future agricultural scenarios.

By integrating advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, multifunctional and multi-type plant phenotyping monitoring systems have been successfully developed. On May 8, 2023, PRCXI signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Li Xu, Chairman of Heilongjiang Daodao Yintu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
